Here’s a quick recipe of our Malar Coleslaw
Prep Time: 10 mins
- Malar Sauce - 50g
- Red Cabbage - 50g
- Spring Onions - 50g
- Carrots - 30g
- Daikon / Radish - 30g
- Salt - To taste
- Thinly slice all vegetables and sprinkle with salt. Set aside for five minutes.
- Once the veggies have released moisture, pat dry.
- Toss with Malar Sauce and stuff into sandwiches with fried tofu chunks.
