Here’s a quick recipe of our Malar Coleslaw

Prep Time: 10 mins


  1. Malar Sauce - 50g
  2. Red Cabbage - 50g
  3. Spring Onions - 50g
  4. Carrots - 30g
  5. Daikon / Radish - 30g
  6. Salt - To taste


  1. Thinly slice all vegetables and sprinkle with salt. Set aside for five minutes.
  2. Once the veggies have released moisture, pat dry.
  3. Toss with Malar Sauce and stuff into sandwiches with fried tofu chunks.
