- Jackfruit Chunks - 200g
- Oil - 10ml
- Salt - To taste
- Malar Sauce - 60g
- Spring Onions - 20g
- Garnish - Sliced Spring Onions
- Marinate the jackfruit chunks with salt and oil. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees celsius for 8 minutes or simply sauté in a pan till golden brown.
- To the jackfruit chunks, add the Malar Sauce and stir fry until uniformly coated and sticky.
- Serve garnished with sliced spring onions.
