  1. Jackfruit Chunks - 200g 
  2. Oil - 10ml 
  3. Salt - To taste 
  4. Malar Sauce - 60g 
  5. Spring Onions - 20g 
  6. Garnish - Sliced Spring Onions 


  1. Marinate the jackfruit chunks with salt and oil. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees celsius for 8 minutes or simply sauté in a pan till golden brown.
  2. To the jackfruit chunks, add the Malar Sauce and stir fry until uniformly coated and sticky.
  3. Serve garnished with sliced spring onions.
