  1. Firm Tofu or Paneer - 200 gms
  2. Malar Sauce - 1 tbsp
  3. Sesame Oil - 2 tbsp
  4. Sesame Seeds - ¼ tsp
  5. Spring Onion - To garnish 


  1. Cut firm tofu or paneer into steaks and steam for 2 minutes.
  2. Place in the serving dish topped with Malar Sauce, garnished with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds.
  3. Heat the oil in a small pan until slightly smoking, pour the hot oil on the prepared slice and let it sizzle.
