- Firm Tofu or Paneer - 200 gms
- Malar Sauce - 1 tbsp
- Sesame Oil - 2 tbsp
- Sesame Seeds - ¼ tsp
- Spring Onion - To garnish
- Cut firm tofu or paneer into steaks and steam for 2 minutes.
- Place in the serving dish topped with Malar Sauce, garnished with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds.
- Heat the oil in a small pan until slightly smoking, pour the hot oil on the prepared slice and let it sizzle.
