Things Required At Home: Cooking pan, Oil for frying, Water for boiling/blanching, Serving bowls
1. Empty the curry base into a pan, add 350 ml of water and 2 coconut milk tetra pak (400ml) & let it boil. Next, add in the vegetables. Keep on boil for 3 mins.
2. Boil water & blanch the noodles for 2 minutes in a separate vessel. Strain and keep aside.
3.Place the noodles in a serving bowl and pour the hot curry with vegetables over it.
4. Finish with chilli oil, brown onion & other condiments to suit your liking.
Chefs Tip: Add handful of crisp onions for that extra crunch.
