Burma Burma Khowsuey is a medley of the most comforting Burmese flavours and textures. Luscious noodles, fresh, crunchy vegetables, zesty toppings, all tied together with a beautifully rich and creamy lemongrass flavoured coconut curry, it is the stuff of dreams. A Khowsuey is synonymous with Burmese cuisine and you haven't really tasted one, until you've had the one from Burma Burma!

Ingredients -
Khowsuey Curry Paste, Noodles, Vegetables: Broccoli, Carrot, Babycorn, Zucchini, Beans, Condiments: Chilli Oil, Brown Onion, Spring Onion, Lemon, Peanuts, Fried Garlic, 2 Coconut milk Tetra Packs

DIY Notes:
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 3 to 4
Things Required At Home: Cooking pan, Oil for frying, Water for boiling/blanching, Serving bowls

Cooking Instructions:
1. Empty the curry base into a pan, add 350 ml of water and 2 coconut milk tetra pak (400ml) & let it boil. Next, add in the vegetables. Keep on boil for 3 mins.
2. Boil water & blanch the noodles for 2 minutes in a separate vessel. Strain and keep aside.
3.Place the noodles in a serving bowl and pour the hot curry with vegetables over it.
4. Finish with chilli oil, brown onion & other condiments to suit your liking.

Chefs Tip: Add handful of crisp onions for that extra crunch.
