Caramelized chocolate cheese ice cream

The texture of the ice-cream was not smooth,there were tiny bits of cottage cheese which had got frosted.There was no flavour of chocolate, also some mysterious pink flakes were present in the ice-cream.Suggest that there should be a brief mention of the ingredients used on the outside of the tub.
