Very Poor Service

First of the all. The contact no does not work.
Secondly .. mail responses are very slow in case of a complaint.
Thirty .. customer is advising that a wrong product has been sent .. proof of the is being asked and then there is no reply or call to resolve ..
I am flabbergasted with the kind of Serive which is being offered to online customers.. I am eagerly waiting for some senior to speak to.
