1. Refresh a bowl of boiled noodles in hot water & drain.
2. Place the noodles in the centre of a bowl and add 1 tbsp chilli garlic oil, 1/2 tbsp turmeric oil, salt, juice of 1/2 a lime, and 1 tbsp roasted gram flour. Sprinkle 2 tbsp of the Balachaung on top.
3. Garnish with rice or corn crisps & a few sprigs of coriander on top before serving.
Storage Instructions: Store in a cool and dry place.
