Presenting our signature Burmese Tea Leaf Salad Dressing popularly known as 'laphet' in Burma, this fiery and zesty dressing will transport you to the tea houses of Yangon with each bite.
Ingredients:
Tea Leaf (80%), Sunflower Oil, Peanut Oil, Garlic, Chilli, Lemon, Salt,
Flavour Enhancer (INS 621)
Directions to Use- Serves two
A. Add vegetables 200gms (lettuce, tomato,cabbage, avocado ) in a mixing bowl.
B. Add 2 tbsp of the tea leaf dressing.
C. Squeeze 1/2 a lemon, mix gently. Toss lightly.
D. Empty in a salad bowl and serve chilled.
