  1. Boiled Rice - 300 gms
  2. Vegetables - 100 gms (Broccoli, Bell Peppers, Carrots, Beans)
  3. Malar Sauce - 80g
  4. Salt - To taste
  5. Butter - 30g


  1. Heat the butter in a pan and toss the chopped vegetables along with some salt. Sauté on high heat.
  2. Add the rice and the Malar Sauce.
  3. Cook on high heat, tossing vigorously to incorporate. Adjust seasoning as per preference, serve in a bowl.
